To book a speaker please fill in the booking form below. Bookings are open to all community groups, not-for-profit and commercial agencies.

We will then contact you with all the relevant information, including speaker details and relevant fees.

  • Presentation Requirements

    Please note: please allow two (2) weeks for the Community Participation Project Officer to organise a speaker, and allow the speaker adequate time to prepare for the speaking engagement. Any changes that may occur to the presentation requirements after this form has been submitted must be communicated to the Community Participation Project Officer.
    Please note: presentations are based on the personal experience of someone living with viral hepatitis or affected other (i.e. spouse, partner, friend). We encourage bookings from culturally and liguistically diverse communities – please inform Hepatitis Victoria if an interpreter will be present.

    Please note: the Community Participation Project Officer will be in touch with you within a fortnight after the Hepatitis Victoria Public Speakers Bureau talk for feedback. This will be to ensure topics were met and provide ongoing feedback to help support speakers and enhance the training of the Bureau.

    At all times we ask the booking agency/organisation and participants of a session to be respectful of the speakers’ right to confidentiality. We ask that no recording or photography takes place. We encourage participants to share learnings from this speaking engagement with colleagues and friends, however, any conversation must ensure our speakers’ identity remains confidential.
